Capability #1: Contextual AI revivals

This tool uses contextual reasoning from prior conversations and adjusts its tone accordingly, ensuring the highest response rates.

In the example conversation, SellScale AI pulls in context points from previous messages mentioning a “holiday” and pauses the conversation until 6/19 - the date when the prospect stated she was coming back. In the follow up message it includes a personal holiday touchpoint.

Capability #2: Pipeline Cleaning

After receiving a negative reply, SellScale AI followed up and categorized the prospect as "not interested," annotated reasons such as the prospect not being a decision-maker, filtered them out of the prospect list, and added them to a "do not contact" list. This process saved an additional 3 minutes per prospect and contributed to overall CRM hygiene, totaling around 1.5 hours saved.
